Fish Tacos to me are so refreshing, unlike red meat fish is not as heavy its lighter on the Stomach. When I was younger I was never a big fan of Fish Tacos, but after I spend a year living in Puerto Penasco, Mexico I came to love this types of Tacos.

 Ingredients

  • 1 Lb of Telapia
  • 1 tsp of Salt
  • 1 tsp of  black  ground pepper
  • a pinch of ground red pepper
  • 1 Tbls of Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbls of Lime Juice

Get a Ziplock Bag and place the salt, black ground pepper, red pepper, olive oil, and lime juice inside the bag and mix well. Once mixed place your Tilapia inside and start rubbing all the ingredients to the fish and place it in the refrigerator for about 30 min. Heat up a pan with olive oil on medium heat and place your fish and let it cook on each side for 4 to 5 min. Heat up you favorite kind of Corn Tortillas and add your fish. This Tacos pare great with my Mango Salsa. I really hope you all enjoy this recipe thank you for stoping by.
