Hi sweet friends !!! The recipe is for all the chocolate lovers the are on Keto or just trying to be healthy( this recipe can also be Vegan). Not eating chocolate has been the hardest thing to give up for sure, this brownies are not only super low on sugar but are low on carbs. I hope you enjoy this recipe.
- 1/3 Cup Butter or no dairy alternative
- 1/2 Cocoa powder
- 6 Eggs or equivalent substitute
- 1 1/2 cup of Stevia or 1 Cup of Sugar
- 1/2tsp of Vanilla
- 1/2 Coconut Flower sifted
- 1cup Chocolate chips (optical)
Preheat oven to 350F. In a small sauce pan mix butter and cocoa power till blended, remove from heat and let it cool down.In a mixing bowl mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla mix this to the chocolate mixture. Slowly mix in the coconut flower and mix till is not longer lumpy, add the chocolate chips. Bake in pre grease 8×8 baking pan for about 30 to 35 min. Let them cool before you cut them into square pieces.
