This Casserole is great for getting me close if not the point where I do meet my goal for the day. Keep in mind that this is a high fat casserole great for the Keto diet. Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Fresh Greens Beans
  • 2 Tbls of Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tbls of Sour Cream
  • 1/2tsp of Salt
  • 1/2tsp of garlic powder
  • 4 slice of  chopped bacon cooked (optional)
  • 1/4 Cup of Cheese (optional)fullsizeoutput_534

Pre heat oven to 375F.  In mixing bowl mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic powder mix till well combined. In a glass oven safe pan place the green beans and add the cream cheese mixture bake for about 15 to 20 min. Five min before removing it from the oven add the cheese and bake it on Broil to add a great texture to the cheese.
