Crispy Sausage and Bacon Tacos


  • 2 Italian Sausages
  • 5 slices of Bacon
  • 1/4 cup of Monterey jack cheese ( any cheese of your choice works)
  • 1tsp of Salt
  • 1tsp of Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of Paprika
  • 1/2 of Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp of Mexican Cream (sour cream will be fine)
  • 2 Tbsp of Salsa
  •  2 Low Carb Flour tortillas
  • 1/2 Avocado (you can add it to the top)

fullsizeoutput_69a In a cooking pan on slow to medium heat start by cooking the bacon to you’re liking. Remove bacon from the pan and place aside, cut your sausage into small even circles. Cook the sausage with the left over bacon grease for extra for better taste. Once cooked go ahead and place the bacon back in the pan, add your salt, pepper and paprika. Once all combined add your cheese mixing well take your mixture out of the pan leaving all the grease on the pan. You will use that grease to crisp up your tortillas, remember not to leave the stove while you are doing this. Once your tortillas are to you’re liking start plating. Place your tortillas add your mixture, cream, salsa and spinach, this dish is full of healthy fats it will keep you full for a long time. If you wish not to have it with Tortillas you can use Lettuce as a replacement. Please let me know if any of you try out this recipe. Thank You !!
