Sweets, Sweets, and sweets is all I use to think about before I went on Keto. Don’t get me wrong I still think about them, but not as often as I use to. From time to time is nice to have something sweet, the great thing about about this delightful treat is that is not bad for you and if you are on Keto or trying to be a little healthier these are great for you. Is an extremely simple recipe!!
- 4 oz of Cream Cheese
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Sour Cream
- 1/2 Cup of Raw Stevia (erythritol will work to)
- 1/2 tsp pf Vinilla
- 1/2 bar of Lilys Chocolate( you can find these in Wholes Food)
- 1/2 Coconut oil
In a mixing bowl combine Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Stevia and Vanilla until smooth, make sure theres no lumps you want your mixture to be creamy and smooth. Once done use a silicone mold or you can also use a silicone cupcake mold, adding your mixture evenly in the molds. You can let them set in the fridge for 24hrs or if you are inpatient like me place them in the freezer for 2 hrs. While your Cheesecake mixtures sets you can get started on the chocolate ganache(this is optional).Heat up chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds, once done mix until well combined. Once your cheesecakes are set take them out and add the Chocolate to the top, place them back in the freezer for an other 30 min. Just like the you have Keto dessert, this recipe is simple to make and really delicious. I really hope you all love it even if you are not on Keto this is still a great healthy dessert.
